What is outsourcing?

The term "outsourcing" refers to hiring experts from outside the company to perform work that is usually done in-house. In the traditional business model, an organization hires a person to perform a specific internal task, such as a call center operator answering incoming calls.

When you outsource, a third-party company like Talent Sam manages your recruiting process. Everything we do is more cost-effective, including recruitment, payroll, administration and ongoing legalities.

For example, if you are an insurance broker, you should consider outsourcing your incoming support staff to Talent Sam, or possibly your tech support.

What jobs can I outsource?

Businesses can outsource almost any task that is normally performed in-house. The most suitable are those that are not based on location, such as:

  • Customer service
  • Customer service
  • Appointment Scheduling/Meeting Coordination
  • Sales/BDR
  • Live chat online
  • Virtual assistant
  • Background administrator
  • Outbound and Inbound Sales
  • Human Resources and Recruitment
How much does it cost?

Talent Sam was formed to provide global companies with access to cost effective and high-quality talent. There is no one size fits all pricing guide.

The pricing of your team depends on the size, experience, roles performed, location (in office or remote) and a number of other factors.

We would be happy to walk you through this process and provide a competitive, cost-effective, formal quote. Please contact us for further information.

As a SME, can I outsource work?

Of course, when it comes to outsourcing, there is no limit or limit to the size of the company.

How many people do I need/ can I start with?

Your team can grow or shrink as needed, depending on what works best for your business.

However, we've seen the best results for teams that start with 3-20 people and grow strategically.

How can Talent Sam help my business?

Talent Sam can help you reduce costs and reduce employee stress caused by heavy workloads. You can assign smaller tasks to remote teams so that internal staff can focus on more important tasks.

Do I need a specific system or platform to start the outsourcing process?

Yes, we find that people who use connected and integrated systems are the most productive teams.

We'll help you get set up with a CRM, project management system, email tools and/or VOIP for calls.

Will I get to know my team before hiring them?

Yes, no matter what. Once potential candidates have been screened and interviewed by Talent Sam's recruiting team, the interview will be coordinated with your company. You always have the last say!

How long will this process take?

The process takes about 3 weeks. This includes job scoping, recruiting, screening and assessment, interviewing, legality and technical onboarding.

We understand that sometimes these things can't wait that long. If this is the case, please let us know and we can expedite the process for you.

How about training my new team and how does it work?

We recommend that you (the company) should train your new team - no one knows your company and products better than you.

However, we understand that you may not always have the time or ability to do so, and if you need assistance, our team is always happy to help.

Can I increase or decrease my team size?

Yes, you can! Once your team is formed, meet with your Talent Sam Account Manager.

Just talk to them about the team changes.

What should I do if one of my team members is/has a problem?

You can contact your account manager and we will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

How can I be sure my team is doing its job?

You can talk to your team, assign tasks, video meet with them, call them, email them, and work with them as if they were sitting in your office. Your team is your team - it works for you, not for us.

For teams of more than 5 people, we support you to establish a team leadership structure and improve team management.
