How about training my new team and how does it work?
We recommend that you (the company) should train your new team - no one knows your company and products better than you.
However, we understand that you may not always have the time or ability to do so, and if you need assistance, our team is always happy to help.
Can I increase or decrease my team size?
Yes, you can! Once your team is formed, meet with your Talent Sam Account Manager.
Just talk to them about the team changes.
What should I do if one of my team members is/has a problem?
You can contact your account manager and we will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
How can I be sure my team is doing its job?
You can talk to your team, assign tasks, video meet with them, call them, email them, and work with them as if they were sitting in your office. Your team is your team - it works for you, not for us.
For teams of more than 5 people, we support you to establish a team leadership structure and improve team management.
